Tarkir: Dragonstorm prerelease is your opportunity to play with the latest cards before their wide release. Build a deck using only the contents of your prerelease pack and play against the other folk in the room. Win games and earn more Play Boosters of Tarkir: Dragonstorm as prizing!
Due to this set having one color seeded pack in the prerelease kits we are using a specific protocol to ensure fairness and consistency for the event. When you come in for the prerelease make sure you check in, whether you bought your ticket in advance or not. When you check in staff will make sure you have a ticket and give you an option of what kits are available, you will choose the kit you want from that and then when the event starts you will receive that kit. We will not be opening another box of kits until the current box is empty. We will be starting check in 1 hour before each event so make sure you are there early if you want a specific kit. You cannot call ahead for a specific kit or reserve one for a friend and if you don’t check in when you arrive or you arrive after the event has already started you will be given a random kit of what is remaining. Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request and have come in for a refund. If the item was shipped or already picked up, contact us at evanstongamer@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund.
If the item was purchased for local pickup, you have 30 days to pick up your order or contact us to make arrangements. After 23 days, we will send you an e-mail reminder to the address you used to place the order. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of that e-mail, the items will be restocked. We cannot offer a refund once 30 days has elapsed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like open product, card singles, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and perishable goods (such as food, or drink). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Tax is not included in exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
