Pokémon VG Premier Challenge May
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Premier Challenges are monthly tournaments for the Pokémon video games, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. These tournaments are a fun entry point to competitive play, so join us May 25th for a chance to meet new rivals, play Pokémon, and earn Championship Points. CP from this event will go towards qualification for the World Championships in the 2024 season! This event will use Regulation G.

Entry will be $10 per player. Prize pool will grow with attendance, and ultimately be divided amongst our top performing players.

The tournament will be Swiss, with potential for a top cut if we have a large enough turnout. Trainers of all skill levels are welcome to this event. Swiss rounds will be best of one, with any top cut matches being best of three. Battles are doubles. The number of rounds will be dependent on attendance.

Check-in begins at noon, with an aim for round 1 to be paired at 1PM.

We encourage participants to bring a fully-charged Nintendo Switch as well as a filled out team list. List papers will be available the day of the tournament, but can also be found here:

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a refund. If the item was shipped or already picked up, contact us at evanstongamer@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund.

If the item was purchased for local pickup, you have 30 days to pick up your order or contact us to make arrangements. After 30 days, we will send you an e-mail reminder to the address you used to place the order. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of that e-mail, the items will be restocked. We cannot offer a refund once 30 days has elapsed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
