Prerelease is your opportunity to play with the latest cards before their wide release. Build a deck using only the contents of your prerelease pack and play against the other folks in the room. Win games and earn more Play Boosters of Avatar as prizing!
This tournament will use Swiss-system, meaning a loss does not eliminate you from the event. Each round, you will be paired against an opponent with a similar record to you.
Please buy your ticket in advance! We're starting at 5:30 to we have enough for deck building and 4 rounds of gameplay.
If you are interested in a prerelease pack, but not playing in a prerelease, please do not buy this ticket. We will have remaining prerelease packs available for purchase after each of our prereleases are accounted for.
Avatar the Last Airbender Prerelease packs feature seeded packs themed around 5 characters: Aang, Katara, Azula, Zuko, and Toph. We have a limited number of each character for each prerelease, but we will try to accommodate everyone's preference as best we can.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request and have come in for a refund. If the item was shipped or already picked up, contact us at evanstongamer@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund.
If the item was purchased for local pickup, you have 30 days to pick up your order or contact us to make arrangements. After 23 days, we will send you an e-mail reminder to the address you used to place the order. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of that e-mail, the items will be restocked. We cannot offer a refund once 30 days has elapsed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like open product, card singles, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and perishable goods (such as food, or drink). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Tax is not included in exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
