Shipping policy

All items will be shipped at the earliest available time. The time of stated delivery time starts after the product is given to the mail carrier. Pre-order items ship when physically in stock at the first allowed availability. Orders with multiple items with different release dates will be shipped together once all items are available to ship. Customers can inquire about purchasing shipping for the items that are available at an earlier date. We do not ship items after 3PM on Saturdays to Monday, any order placed within this time will be shipped at our first available opportunity Tuesday afternoon.

It is up to the customer to choose the correct shipping rate and follow all stated product limitations, failure to do so will result in the immediate cancelation of the order. The customer will be notified of this and given the opportunity to repurchase the item while supplies last.

Our Current Shipping Rate Explanations:

Standard White Envelope shipping ships without a tracking number in a white envelope. Rate is only allowed for card orders under 13 ounces. Once it is handed of to the mail carrier we have no possible further interaction with the order

Standard with Tracking ships with a tracking number. It should arrive 3-5 business days after it is handed to the mail carrier. After it was delivered to the mail carrier we can interact with the order in limited ways

Standard Light Package is only for card single orders or small items. Booster Boxes and large box board games can not be shipped at this rate and any such orders purchased at this rate will be cancelled

Expedited ships with a tracking number and should arrive within 1 business day after it is given to the mail carrier

Orders over $50 MUST use either Standard over $50 or Expedited Over $50 or the order will be immediately canceled

Orders over $100 MUST use either Standard over $100 or Expedited Over $100 or the order will be immediately canceled

Orders over $200 MUST use either Standard over $200 or Expedited Over $200 or the order will be immediately canceled
