Calling all Trainers old and new! 

Evanston Games is happy to announce our weekly Pokemon league. Stop in to play some matches, or learn how to play from one of our advanced trainers. Entry will be $5, which will also grant you a pack of cards. 

If you don't already have a Trainer ID, please make a Pokemon Trainer Club account and follow the steps below to generate one.

To generate a Player ID, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your Pokémon Trainer Club account on Pokemon.com.
  2. From the menu on the left-hand side, click Play! Pokémon Settings.
  3. In the Play! Pokemon Account section, select Please assign me a new Player ID number.
  4. Review and accept the Play! Pokémon Terms of Use, and then click Submit
  5. In the Play! Pokémon Preferences section, you can then select whether you want to participate in Play! Pokémon Programs (and which product your Play! Points should go toward), and then click Submit.

If you have any issues, staff can help you generate an ID. 

Everyone receives a pack of cards for participating.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request and have come in for a refund. If the item was shipped or already picked up, contact us at evanstongamer@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund.

If the item was purchased for local pickup, you have 30 days to pick up your order or contact us to make arrangements. After 23 days, we will send you an e-mail reminder to the address you used to place the order. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of that e-mail, the items will be restocked. We cannot offer a refund once 30 days has elapsed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like open product, card singles, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and perishable goods (such as food, or drink).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Tax is not included in exchanges.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
