Summoner's Skirmish - JULY

Summoner Skirmishes are the culmination of competitive play at the local level. They offer the opportunity for you to put your practice to the test and show off your deck building skills. If you’re looking to try your hand at the competitive side of card gaming, this is the place to start.

Evanston Games & Cafe's Summoner Skirmish is 1v1 Constructed. We will have Swiss rounds followed by a top 8 cut (players do not get eliminated during Swiss rounds; each round will pair players with similar records. For example, if you lose in round 1, your opponent in round 2 will likely also have lost in round 1. Top 8 bracket will, however, be single elimination).

Both Swiss rounds and top cut will be determined by** best of 3 games**.

In order to participate, players will need to *both* register for the event and purchase a ticket. Players will be waitlisted until they have purchased a ticket.

Decklists are required for this event!

They can be filled out on-site prior to the tournament, or emailed ahead of time to 

events@evanstongames.com

 Returns

We have a 30-day return policy on physical product, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request and have come in for a refund. If the item was shipped or already picked up, contact us at evanstongamer@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund.

If the item was purchased for local pickup, you have 30 days to pick up your order or contact us to make arrangements. After 23 days, we will send you an e-mail reminder to the address you used to place the order. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of that e-mail, the items will be restocked. We cannot offer a refund once 30 days has elapsed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like open product, card singles, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), event tickets (please refer to our event ticket policy in regards to refunds), and perishable goods (such as food, or drink).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Tax is not included in exchanges.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
