
Compete for glory and cash prizing!
The winner of each age division will be awarded with a Pokémon Champions branded notebook.
Further prizing for this event will be in cash rewards. The size of the prize pool will depend on the number of players; more players means more earnings for the top players!
Prize pool will be awarded amongst the top 25% of players (if we have 8 attendees, the top 2 will get cash prizing, for example)
Player's will compete using Pokémon Champions. Teams may be built using Pokémon legal in Regulation M-B.
This tournament will use the Swiss format, meaning losing a game does not eliminate you from the tournament! Each round, players will be paired with players with similar records. After a number of rounds (determined by the total number of attendees), we'll cut the tournament off to the top players, who will then play in a single elimination bracket.
All rounds will be determined by best of 3 games. Each game will be open team sheet. Players will need both a staff and opponent team sheet for this event. Both can be filled out in-store or emailed to events@evanstongames.com
No Championship Points are given out for this event, but all participants will receive a prize pack for participating.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy on physical product, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request and have come in for a refund. If the item was shipped or already picked up, contact us at evanstongamer@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund.
If the item was purchased for local pickup, you have 30 days to pick up your order or contact us to make arrangements. After 23 days, we will send you an e-mail reminder to the address you used to place the order. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of that e-mail, the items will be restocked. We cannot offer a refund once 30 days has elapsed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like open product, card singles, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), event tickets (please refer to our event ticket policy in regards to refunds), and perishable goods (such as food, or drink). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Tax is not included in exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
