Celebrate the 3rd anniversary of the One Piece TCG with our OP13 Release Event. Each player will receive a participation pack and promo card pack, and six boosters of the new set from which they must build an exactly 40-card deck. Players should bring 10 of their own DON!! cards if possible and may ONLY use any Leader from this set or the 6-color Monkey D. Luffy (the Leader card can come from the player's collection or can be provided as a proxy by tournament staff). Players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like (there is no 4-card limit). Any cards left over from deck construction may be swapped with cards in the Main Deck between rounds. Tournament will be Swiss Draw with the amount of rounds based on player count. Players will be able to purchase a single box of OP13 after completing the event while supplies last.
Prizing will be pack per win with undefeated getting extra. First and Second Place will receive winners promos, other promos will be distributed evenly to all players. Players must play in all rounds in order to receive prizing.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request and have come in for a refund. If the item was shipped or already picked up, contact us at evanstongamer@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund.
If the item was purchased for local pickup, you have 30 days to pick up your order or contact us to make arrangements. After 23 days, we will send you an e-mail reminder to the address you used to place the order. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of that e-mail, the items will be restocked. We cannot offer a refund once 30 days has elapsed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like open product, card singles, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and perishable goods (such as food, or drink). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Tax is not included in exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
