Secret Lair
Secret Lair is an official sub-brand of Magic: The Gathering that offers specialty products known as "drops." A Secret Lair drop is an exclusive, limited-run selection of unique cards (usually 4 to 8) created in collaboration with artists, creators, and brands.
Each drop puts a brand-new spin on fan favorite cards and might even have something entirely new. Some cards look like traditional Magic cards with new artwork; others might look like pop art, photographs, your favorite movie, or even cereal boxes! The Secret Lair line delivers beautiful, weird, stylized, and always cool designs not found in other Magic products and are perfect for players looking to bling out their decks or collect rare and unique cards.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy on physical product, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request and have come in for a refund. If the item was shipped or already picked up, contact us at evanstongamer@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund.
If the item was purchased for local pickup, you have 30 days to pick up your order or contact us to make arrangements. After 23 days, we will attempt to send you an e-mail reminder to the address you used to place the order. If we have not heard from you within 30 days of the order we will mark the order as fulfilled. We cannot offer a refund once 30 days has elapsed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like open product, card singles, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), event tickets (please refer to our event ticket policy in regards to refunds), and perishable goods (such as food, or drink). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Tax is not included in exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
